- 20th January
- 12:30pm: First MANDATORY common lab session – http://mecapstone.gatech.edu/L01
- Course Overview and meeting with faculty/sponsors
- 21st January
- 11am: Second optional Social Mixer – http://mecapstone.gatech.edu/sm2
- 3pm: DEADLINE to form Groups on https://projects.gatech.edu
- 22nd January
- 11:59pm: DEADLINE to submit your own project idea on https://projects.gatech.edu (each team needs to propose their own backup project idea)
- 23rd January
- 8:00pm: DEADLINE to submit bids for sponsored projects on https://projects.gatech.edu (you will be required to work on ANY project that your team bids on if it is assigned)
- 25th January
- 12:00noon: Groups assigned to industry projects and to primary faculty advisors
- 12:30pm: Common Studio Session on MS Teams http://mecapstone.gatech.edu/studio
- 26th August:
- 12:30pm: Scheduled Lab meeting with your assigned primary faculty advisor to present your project problem statement
